Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Latisha K Photography! By booking a session with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and the photographer.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 30-50 may be required to secure your session date.

Final payment is due  24 hours before the session

Your session is not confirmed until both retainer and signed agreement are received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations forfeit the retainer fee.

Reschedules are allowed with at least 2 weeks notice and are subject to availability.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the full session fee being due.

3. Session Expectations

Please arrive on time and fully prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

The photographer is not responsible for uncooperative subjects or uncontrollable conditions (e.g., weather).

Requests for additional time, outfit changes, or locations may incur extra fees.

4. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within, 2–3 weeks after your session.

Images are delivered via an online gallery and will remain available for 60 days.

RAW (unedited) images are not provided.

5. Copyright & Usage

Latisha K Photography retains full copyright to all images.

Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share photos.

Commercial use or publication requires written permission.

With your written consent, select images may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes.

6. Editing & Style

You are hiring us for our unique artistic style.

Minor retouching is included. Additional edits may incur extra fees.

Clients may not alter images or apply filters.

7. Liability

We are not liable for equipment failure, acts of nature, or other unforeseen events that may impact session or image delivery.

In such rare cases, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund.

8. Client Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected from all clients and participants.

We reserve the right to end a session without refund in cases of unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

9. Agreement

Booking a session with Latisha K Photography confirms that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
